Emerging Question #2

Q2 - How does one set aside theology (what one believes about God) to get to praxis (what one does in response to God)? Can one do anything that is not conditioned by beliefs?

If 'yes', then how? If 'no', then are EMers really that different from moderns? If moderns were blind to the way their worldview presuppostions colored their quest for certainty, are postmoderns equally blind to how their implicit theology colors their quest for orthopraxy?

Christian,
Do you think it's possible to come up with a Theology before doing anything?
I think what a lot of emerging types are doing is trying to work out their theology in the context of doing, and allowing both to shape each other.
